Who is the EFQM Certified Assessor course for?
This course is for anyone who wants to become a certified EFQM Assessor.
EFQM Assessors can work individually or as part of an assessment team to apply the EFQM Model to any organisation and help improve its performance.
The course is essential for anyone who wants to formally assess their own organsiation or wants to be part of a team conducting external assessments based on the EFQM Model.
It provides a recognised global accreditation, which is partcularly valuable for consultants who wish to add the EFQM Model and RADAR diagnostic tool to their portfolio of products and services.

This course will equip you with the necessary skills and competencies to conduct a strategic assessment of an organisation as part of a high-performing EFQM assessment team.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- analyse the ecosystem and the Key Stakeholders of the organisation to provide context for an assessment
- identify the strategic priorities for an organisation and ask strategically important questions
- develop appropriate key strategic themes to support an EFQM assessment
- understand the structure and purpose of the site visit and how to conduct it
- apply the Model criteria and the RADAR logic for an assessment
- reach consensus on the findings and performance level of the organisation
- prepare value-adding insightful feedback for an organisation to achieve sustainable performance
What is the programme of the course?
After the welcome and introduction, the course is made of 9 modules:

EFQM Training Cancellation Policies
Please read carefully
If you are unable to attend the course, you may send a substitute at least 15 working days before the course with no additional charge. You must notify such changes to us as soon as possible.
If you have to cancel your registration, please advise us in writing at least 15 working days before the course. Thereafter, a cancellation charge of 80% is applicable. Postponements due to visa problems, will also incur a 80% cancellation fee.
You may postpone your attendance one time only, but we require 15 working days notice, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied. If you can not meet this notice period, we will apply the 80% cancellation policy.
If sufficient participation is not achieved, the EFQM reserves the right to cancel the course.
