How to order
REGISTER
If it is your first visit, you will have to register to this webshop. Fill in the registration form, providing your contact information, billing and shipping address.
VAT
The VAT field only applies to EU organisations which have a valid VAT number. Please note that the VAT country code must correspond to the organisation's country.
If your organisation belong to the following categories, please leave the VAT field blank:
- EU organisation VAT exempt
- Non-EU organisation
Preferred Publication Language
Please confirm the language in which you will more often order the EFQM publications. When available, the publication will be shown in your preferred language. You can of course change the language before adding the item to your shopping cart if needed. The language list only proposes the available one for the EFQM publications.
NAVIGATING IN THE SHOP
To find the item to buy, you have two options:
- Search: by entering a few keywords in the search field, we will show you all the matching results
- Menu: the left menu gives you a quick access to the publications, training and events or any specific product for which you have access, e.g. EFQM assessment, Service Fee training.
All the items available in the EFQM Shop are shown as a grid view or list view.
PUBLICATION ORDER
- To buy a publication, click on the corresponding cover or title to go to its detailed page
- By default, the language will be your preferred language if available. You can select another language if needed. If you select any other language than your preferred one or English, you will be requested to validated your choice.
- You can adjust the number of copies by typing it in the corresponding field.
- For high orders (>100 copies), you will be requested to validate the quantity. Ordering more than 300 copies of the same publication will grant you of a 5% discount.
- Click the green button “Add to cart” to buy
- Please note that there is a minimum order value of 30€. An additional fee will be added to your order to get to 30€ (including VAT and shipping costs).
TRAINING ORDER
The registration to an EFQM training is in 2 parts.
- First step:You buy your training seat in the EFQM Shop
- Go to the training, click on the green button “Add to cart”
- Proceed to check out, confirm your billing, and shipping address, payment
- You receive the order confirmation including an activation key for your chosen training
- In parallel, you will receive an email with the direct link to the EFQM Portal, including your activation key
- If the training you are registering to has a homework, you will receive the material directly to your shipping address
- Second step:you validate your registration in the EFQM Portal, following the link provided in the email
- If you don’t have yet a login in the EFQM Portal, this will be automatically created when you register for your first training.
- In the EFQM Portal, you will also have access to the following features
- Read more details on the training
- Access useful documents: agenda, homework instructions…
- Upload your homework
- Access your training certificates, once you have completed the course
- For cancelling a registration to an EFQM training, please read carefully the cancellation policy below.
EVENT ORDER
The registration to an EFQM event is in 2 parts.
- First step:You buy your event seat in the EFQM Shop
- Go to the event, click on the green button “Add to cart”
- Proceed to check out, confirm your billing, and shipping address, payment
- You receive the order confirmation including an activation key for your chosen event
- In parallel, you will receive an email with the direct link to the EFQM Portal, including your activation key
- Second step:you validate your registration in the EFQM Portal, following the link provided in the email
- If you don’t have yet a login in the EFQM Portal, this will be automatically created when you register for your first event.
- In the EFQM Portal, you will also have access to the following features
- Read more details on the event
- Access useful documents: agenda, homework instructions…
- Before cancelling a registration to an EFQM event, please read carefully the cancellation policy below.
SAVE AS A QUOTE
If you need further approval internally before validating your order on the EFQM Shop, you can save your shopping cart as a quote.
- You will be asked to confirm this action
- The quote is not an order,your training seat will not be reserved, your participation to the event is not confirmed, and the publications will not be sent until the order has been confirmed.
- The quote remains valid for a duration of 30 days.
- You can retrieve your quote in your profile, reinstate it as an order and proceed to check out
- The price mentioned on the quote will be updated to the actual price, should there be any changes before you confirm the order.
PROCEED TO CHECK OUT
When you have finalised your shopping, you can then go to proceed to check out. There, you will have to confirm the following:
- Billing address : this will correspond to your user profile and will not be editable
- Shipping address : please choose one of the pre-registered ones, or add a new one. You can also specify the contact information if needed
- Payment – see below
- Customer reference – this is your reference which will be mentioned on the invoice
- Please confirm that you have read the terms and conditions to be able to submit your order
ONLINE PAYMENT POSSIBILITIES
The EFQM Shop proposes the following payment possibilities:
- Bank Transfer : if your organisation is allowed to, the payment terms is 30 days on invoice date
- iDeal : this is an online bank transfer payment possibility. You will be redirected to the Ogone secure site to process your payment online.
- Mastercard/Visa : You will be redirected to the Ogone secure site to process your payment online using one of these credit cards.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be submitted.
REGISTER ANOTHER ORGANISATION IN YOUR PROFILE
In the EFQM Shop, under your profile, you have the possibility to register several organisations. This might be useful if you need to have more than one organisation’s profile to buy EFQM material.
When login in to the EFQM Shop, you will be requested to confirm the organisation you will be ordering for. In case you need to change this organisation once your shopping cart is filled in, this will be emptied, as your other organisation(s) might not have the same rights or pricing policy.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
EFQM TRAINING
If you are unable to attend the course, you may send a substitute at least 15 working days before the course with no additional charge. You must notify such changes to us as soon as possible.
If you have to cancel your registration, please advise us in writing at least 15 working days before the course. Thereafter, a cancellation charge of 80% is applicable. Postponements due to visa problems, will also incur a 80% cancellation fee.
If the homework package has already been sent at the moment of your cancellation, the cost of the package including shipment and VAT will be invoiced (EFQM Member : 107.60 Euros - non-member: 134.50 Euros + mailing cost and VAT).
You may postpone your attendance one time only, but we require 15 working days notice, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied. If you can not meet this notice period, we will apply the 80% cancellation policy.
If sufficient participation is not achieved, the EFQM reserves the right to cancel the course.
