Who is the Organisational Change Leader Training for?
This course is suitable for leaders of change projects, consultants and managers who want to improve their organisation.
How will the course be delivered?
This training is a blended learning programme which includes a series of 4 half-day modules delivered online in a virtual classroom, supported by individual reading, videos, project work and assignments. The total learning time is approximately 4 days spread over one month.
Each cohort is limited to 12 participants to ensure high levels of interaction and personal support from the course tutor.
Each programme is delivered over a period of approximately one month. You must participate fully in all online sessions and pass all assignments to be awarded the EFQM Organisational Change Leader qualification. The qualification is valid for 3 years and is renewed by demonstrating appropriate continuing professional development (CPD).
The online sessions are delivered via Adobe Connect. Please make sure you are able to use the Adobe platform before registering for the course.

EFQM Training Cancellation Policies
Please read carefully
If you are unable to attend the course, you may send a substitute at least 15 working days before the course with no additional charge. You must notify such changes to us as soon as possible.
If you have to cancel your registration, please advise us in writing at least 15 working days before the course. Thereafter, a cancellation charge of 80% is applicable. Postponements due to visa problems, will also incur a 80% cancellation fee.
If the homework package has already been sent at the moment of your cancellation, the cost of the package including shipment and VAT will be invoiced (EFQM Member : 107.60 Euros - non-member: 134.50 Euros + mailing cost and VAT).
You may postpone your attendance one time only, but we require 15 working days notice, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied. If you can not meet this notice period, we will apply the 80% cancellation policy.
If sufficient participation is not achieved, the EFQM reserves the right to cancel the course.
