This is a two-half day online course delivered via a mix of work-rooms presentations, videos, and one-to-one support, via Adobe Connect.
Many people think innovation is primarily about generating new ideas. While others see innovation as an efffective research and development team.
In fact it's both. And then some.
Using the EFQM innovation lens this course will focus on developing the necessary processes which bridge the gaps between great idea-generation and effective R&D. It is theses processes which build an innovation culture into the fabric of any organisation.
This course is for anyone who wants to boost an organisation's ability to consistently innovate.
It will be useful for people who want to innovate for specific projects, but more beneficial for those who want to create the long-term culture and processes needed to deliver a permanent innovation mindset.

By the end of the course you will be competent in applying the EFQM Innovation Lens to any organisation.
This course is also aligned to EFQM's Continuous Professional Development Pathway (EFQM CPD)
There is course-work to do before the course starts. This includes reading the new EFQM model.
The course fee includes the online training course, the Innovation Lends e-book, and your EFQM Innovation Leader Certificate.

If you are unable to attend the course, you may send a substitute at least 15 working days before the course with no additional charge. You must notify such changes to us as soon as possible.
If you have to cancel your registration, please advise us in writing at least 15 working days before the course. Thereafter, a cancellation charge of 80% is applicable. Postponements due to visa problems, will also incur a 80% cancellation fee.
If the homework package has already been sent at the moment of your cancellation, the cost of the package including shipment and VAT will be invoiced (EFQM Member : 107.60 Euros - non-member: 134.50 Euros + mailing cost and VAT).
You may postpone your attendance one time only, but we require 15 working days notice, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied. If you can not meet this notice period, we will apply the 80% cancellation policy.
If sufficient participation is not achieved, the EFQM reserves the right to cancel the course.
