This course helps organisation illustrate the activities, processes and culture that combine to stimulate innovation and encourage it to flourish.
Over this course' sections, we are going to explore the nature of innovation. You will learn about the structure and different components of the EFQM Innovation Framework and will have a go at assessing the maturity of innovation in your organisation.
We will also provide you with guidance on developing an innovation strategy and innovation action plans. We will finish the course by identifying some of the characteristics of effective innovation leaders.
